Takes place on Wed 28^th May,  2.30-4.30 in Adair Hall (adjacent to the Christ Church, the Church of Ireland Church). We are really looking forward to hearing from Jacinta McCormack, Community Health Worker, Fermoy

Jacinta will introduce herself and the work of the Fermoy Community Health Project. She will also lead a seated taster session using Activator Poles, demonstrating how they support functional fitness and overall wellbeing.
