If you are concerned about your memory, North Cork Dementia Alliance can support you.
Memory Resource Room
If you are concerned about your memory you can meet with a HSE Occupational Therapist to discuss the issues you are experiencing. Advice can be given on practical ways of dealing with your memory loss and how to keep mentally active. This is not an assessment service.
Please view the Memory Resource Room page for more information or click on the Memory Resource Room leaflet (below).
