Café de Mentia – January 12th 2015

The first Café de Mentia of 2015 will be held on Monday 12th January in St Marys Day Care Centre, Lenihans Lane, Lower Bearforst, Mallow, 7.30 – 9. Olivia Wall, senior occupational therapist will be speaking on ‘Falls, trips, stumbles – what to do?’  All are welcome and refreshments will be provided.  

Singing for the brain

This is a pilot six week singing group. No singing experience or talent is necessary and we hope it will be a fun and sociable experience. Meeting for People with Dementia
