We are holding another six week block of information and support sessions for families, beginning on Wednesday 28th September 2016. September Café de Mentia

We are changing the format of our Café de Mentia sessions and will be meeting every three months from September 2016. On Monday 12th September we are delighted to welcome HSE psychologist, Yvonne O’Brien to speak to us about stress and caring. Singing for the Brain resuming in September

Singing for the Brain is taking a break for the summer but we are really looking forward to getting together again in September. We finish up this Thursday (30th June) until Thursday 8th September.
